Revisão de estudos internacionais sobre taxas de crimes de homicídio

Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é fazer uma análise geral dos estudos empíricos transnacionais sobre homicídio. Com este objetivo, estamos nos preparando para realizar uma análise cienciométrica básica e uma revisão sistemática da literatura pertinente e, em particular, para enfatizar o que são considerados fatores de variação nas taxas de crimes de homicídio. Em grande parte, é um resumo

crítico da literatura, sintetizando-as na expressão da amostra e na relação das variáveis, ou seja, a variável independente que poderia ser correlacionada com as taxas de homicídio. Nos outros casos considerados importantes, além deste, paramos para explicar detalhadamente o método e as principais conclusões. Finaliza com a exposição das principais dimensões da literatura que aborda este tema, e com algumas observações sobre as metodologias mais recorrentes dos estudos analisados.
