Abstract

The present study focuses on analyzing two defining aspects of fundamental rights enshrined in the first paragraph of Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, the right to personal and family privacy on the one hand and the right to selfimage by other. Therefore it is necessary to know and define both rights as independent from each other but both are so connected. Analyze therefore the object and nature, content and subject delineate existing holders and limits these personal rights and fundamental task is addressed in this study.
