Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the current regulation of the right to strike in Chile and, specifically, to delve into the criteria that have been developed by the labor administration in relation to the socalled technological replacement or strikebreaking. In this context, the regulatory deficit in terms of strikes is analyzed, to use as a reference the regulatory hypothesis in force in the context of regulated collective bargaining in Chile, which represents the current legal regulation on strikes.
