Abstract

About the Royal Decree (RD) 85/2018, of February 23, by which the cosmetic products are regulated in Spanish Law we are going to think about the safety and protection of the consumer. We are interested in determining if the existing regulation is in conformity with the ecosmetics monitoring department to achieve that these products are sure and to determine the area of responsibility in opposite case.
