Abstract

The organization of working time is a topic that, despite having already been dealt with in the origins of Labor Law, is a current issue. This is reflected in the profuse regulation that has been approved in this regard by the Salary Councils. This work systematize the approach that has been carried out in the different groups of Salary Councils, from 2005 onwards, about how work and rest times are structured, as well as the way in which they are compatible with personal times.
