This work presents the conceptual and normative framework on the gender perspective, and then presents some ideas about how to incorporate it into the study of Law. In this regard, it is proposed that the gender perspective should be included in the study of Law, in a transversal as well as a specialized way, in research activities, active teaching and extension, with analysis of positive Law that seeks to identify directly or indirectly discriminatory norms, as well as jurisprudence, seeking to identify and contribute to correcting an application of Law that appears biased by sociocultural patterns of inequality in this matter.
